GIG made me download the app, yet I've been unable to successfully create an account. After inputting my BVN, it gives a prompt error "another account is already registered with this device" but this is my first time of hearing abt or using the app, i tried to sign in with the details i previously inputted & it says "user not registered" called the customer care number & the person was sheer rude & unhelpful. Don't bother downloading it

Too frequently, I try to carry out a transfer transaction, funds leave my account but I am told that there is a transaction error. But the funds are not returned, sometimes the receiver is not credited. At other times, the recepient is credited twice. Work on this immediately. Your service is so bad. Include the fingerprint option on your next update.

This app is useless. GIGM made me to start using this app. And also I am trying to create an account. This is my first time using the account I put in my bvn but the thing keeps telling me I'm logged in to another device. I try to close the app and start again and it shows me my phone number already imputed with the password I put before and it tells me invalid and is not associated. This is my first day using this app and I have never logged in at all. I have already put in my bvn
