Very disappointing service. I received two payments (£300 and £100) and Grey failed to credit both. Even after providing every document they asked for, the £300 was marked failed, and the £100 is still missing. This has affected my business because my buyer is now unavailable to resend. Grey is unreliable for international payments. I’ll never use this app again, and I’ll advise others to stay away.

I would have given you a 4 or 5 but the service has steadily declined in quality over the months I've been using the app. At first the EU agreement was scrapped which means direct transfer from PayPal was no longer possible then my last two transactions were reversed after asking for several documents which I provided and I lost those funds as the customers refused to resend my payments. Grey is a useless app and I advise any serious online vendor to find an alternative

I was initially very disappointed with Grey because my deposits kept failing, and I couldn’t withdraw either. I contacted the support team.. although it took some time, it was resolved within 24–72 business hours. Overall, it’s a good application with one of the best exchange rates
