Ratings and reviews

Well, they are reliable & good. So I'm rating four stars. Transaction use to delay, once it enter, it will shows pending, for almost a day or two days, which is very bad. The best is to make the transaction successful and completed immediately it entered. We are tired of this pending issues that's requesting for documentation such as source of funds, relationship btw you and sender, purpose of transaction. pls remove all these, so as to enjoy the fullest service from you. Thanks.

I personally won't advice people to opt for Grey. I have been trying to get out a payment of 550 dollars since September last year. I presented All necessary documents to support staffs.The payment was made via bank transfer to a bank account I was given. When Grey was still using that. Till now. The money no come out. On my account. Na abandoned dem write. I mean. Such lack of integrity. Contacting customer support sometimes is a waste of time as well. Often does not yield much

First time using grey and I'm not impressed. For the past couple of days they keep asking me about verification before I could get the money deposited in my grey's account. That's frustrating honestly. I needed the money for emergency purpose yet I have waited for 6 days and they keep asking for verification. This is so wrong. Please try and fix this so, we could enjoy the full app service. The payment has been on pending ever since 😡. Once it's fixed I'll give it a 5 🌟.
