Grey is honestly becoming frustrating to use. You need to look at what your competitors are doing and learn from them. Platforms like Cleva and Raenest are setting better standards in user experience and security — it’s not hard to see the difference. I’ve been using the same account with the same login details, no password changes, no suspicious activity. It works perfectly fine on my PC, yet I keep having issues trying to log in on my phone. That doesn’t make sense. And more...

Very bad experience, I signed up because I thought their services were great. I was supposed to receive a deposit of $250 from one of my partners and it got stuck for verification. I provided all the documentation I could but nothing I provided worked and they reversed money that was important to me both for business and personal reasons. Don't use this application, they don't tell you all these when you sign up and they took their fee already. They are a scam!!!!!!

Such unreliable app. Crypto withdrawal was not functioning for more than 4 days without even notifying me through email. contacted customer service and all they say was sorry, we apologize, nothing useful at all they didn't even give me any timeline for it to get back on so I waited 3 days and lost hope so I moved all my funds to another virtual bank account. Install this app if u want low ACH transfer fee but won't be sure if you will be able to withdraw them
