iAlert is a wireless nurse call solution supporting a variety of hardware. Staff utilize our apps to indicate their current response to emergency calls, chat with coworkers, and perform daily and scheduled tasks.

Please use iAlert with a properly configured device to ensure message delivery. Make sure if your app uses deep sleep it is disabled for the app.

I downloaded this app because the assisted living home I work at uses iAlert and I got tired of carrying around the bulky tablets. Unfortunately while this will connect to our server I don't always get alerts. It seems that I specifically don't get them when my screen is turned off. I would love to use this app if only I knew I would get the alerts from call lights consistently.

Thank you Jeremiah, sorry that's happening. This appears to be Samsung and their OEM implementation in Android 11 around foreground services? Seems it's not just us, you likely see other apps failing to background properly? https://dontkillmyapp.com/samsung As noted, only approved devices in the description have support at this time...
