Went over device instructions, got APP, and couldn't get APP to do Anything. Read all these bad reviews and said, "Oh no." But it then occurred to me to TURN ON DEVICE With APP pulled up ... BINGO. I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU DON'T PUT THAT TIDBIT OF INFO IN BOLD LETTERS SOMEWHERE -- But it's nowhere to be found. The instructions are Not User Friendly. Otherwise, So Far So Good! Also, the device is a little more tight than I would like ... but I'm doing ok. Thank You!

It is a good app but you need to make it more readable and brighter colors. There are some of us that can barely read the words on the light grey icons. Make it like navy blue and red with white readable words. PLEASE??

It's basically a tens unit /w heat. App DOES work (if you know how to use basic technology), open app - turn on device - connects. I saw some pictures of this thing leaving burns on a womans neck, that is the only thing that concerns me.
