Ratings and reviews

The app does the job of being able to know where the members of your circle are. However, logging out of the app means the next time you log in, you have to re-join the previous circles rather than it restarting where you left off, which is annoying.

I had an issue with the app shutting down every time I opened it due to a bug, and customer service immediately responded back and resolved the issue EXCELLENT customer service and I love the app its the best location Map that I've had experience with. And has great features, I especially love the location history, and the driving stats which are very useful. Thank you.

Not only could I not use the app. After the trial there way to get hold of the company..total fraud..they will take your money when life 360 is free..took 9.99$ for nothing please don't use them. I'm still trying to cancel and had to cancel my card to get them to stop
