Starting yesterday, the app reset itself, and all profile data disappeared. The authentication process does not work. Cannot edit profile information. Name and DoB from the system is not automatically updated. I have a postpaid and prepaid number. The system should've recognized both numbers based on customer ID. The app requires customers to input numbers separately.

When you registered multiple numbers, when changing from one to another to see different information like credit, package, etc., you need to refresh it many many times before this app loads them. To many "fail to load" and retries. Totally annoying. May 29, 2024: The app gets worse. No fixes. Just cosmetics. Stupid app. Change to 1 star. Simply just allow not to update. Who's idiotic idea is, to force update and ruin all settings and information?

The app sometimes works like it's not supposed to, the loading sometimes takes too long, esp when buying the product. The app goes to an authentication process that is supposed to be 30 sec long, but it doesn't load! I hope you'll fix this i want to view the rest of my package but it doesn't load!
