Bad service in the circle features. It doesn't work properly. My wallet is already deducted, and the app transaction history itself said that it was already paid, but day after day, I didn't get my quota. Been complaint many times, but ended up no response til the end. I don't see why you are not ready about the features, yet still having such a brave to release them is diabolical.

Sorry for 2 stars. Bad apps or bad providers? the answer is BOTH. About Apps: sometimes error and are under maintenance. Many times, notif showed up but I can't find any new messages, so annoying. But honestly, the point reward was good enough to redeem. About providers: The internet package very expensive, no discount for loyal customers. They will give good offer for customers that not buy package monthly. And also, many people have gadgets with 5G network, but XL don't have many 5G point 🙁

App is completely trash, so many errors. UI is not that bad but not that good. still found glitches. Also, any transactions information is not directly updated. like seriously? Packages are so expensive and 28 days?? what the hell. cmon, you better than this. or just get a new development team..
