I appreciate many aspects of this app, like the user-friendly interface and the variety of products. However, their return policy is a major disappointment. I returned a product almost two months ago, and they still haven't processed my refund. Every time I contact customer support, they assure me the issue will be resolved 'soon,' but it’s unclear what they mean by that.

I use Arogga regularly, but in my last order, I paid in advance and was told the next day an item was out of stock. This is unacceptable, especially if it had been an emergency medicine. Why show items in stock if they’re not? Now, I have to wait days for a refund. Also, I’ve noticed when I use cash on delivery, orders arrive on time, but with online payment, deliveries are delayed. This issue needs fixing for a better experience.

In cart, separate list option is must needed.. My Mother and father need separate medicine list where i want to save the list but can't.. make several list saving option for quick buy and it should be easily customizable.. And the Alternative medicine should show their generic name in the cart ,also every medicine (brand) should show their unit price in the cart (actual price without discount, present idea is good but add this which will help a lot )..
