app does not work 80% of the time. it has a hard time connecting to the wifi or bluetooth. if at all it does, it doesn't operate with the buttons in the app. because of the said issues, automation doesn't work as programed. the fan itself has issues with loud starting noises and clattering if it runs for more than an hour. Fans don't do that; may be after 5 years of use. this is not even 5 months and it's hopeless. it was checked out by the technician n said it's normal. it's the worst.

I purchased an Atomberg fan expecting good performance and energy saving, but it’s not working properly. The fan speed automatically changes — sometimes it runs at full speed without command, and other times it becomes very slow even on high settings. Remote control doesn’t respond correctly either. I tried resetting and checking the regulator, but no improvement. Very disappointed with the quality and after-sales support. Please fix this recurring issue or recall such defective units.

Renesa Elite is costlier than the Renesa (normal) and the IoT asks for WiFi password. LED does not turn ON/OFF from the app, and continuously says Bluetooth not in range. A little sceptical on the DIY mounting. I do not feel the analytics is correct. Remote has only 2 LED intensity but the App has varying intensity options. Manual is not provided in the box. Warranty registration on web is different and did not sync well with the in-app warranty registration. I needed 1400 mm at 1200 mm price.
