Waiting 10 seconds just to see the stream of EACH camera is beyond frustrating, ESPECIALLY in an emergency situation where you need to see what's going on at home (the entire purpose of this app) The biggest problem I've had yet, is being disconnected from the cameras after watching the stream, and then closing the app. I then have no access to the cameras AT ALL after going back in, "Connection failed" every time, and no way to fix it other than to leave it for a minute. Horrible app.. 3/10

Adding one camera took over an hour. App forced me to create an "organization" first — unnecessary for a single home camera. Then it rejected my existing password as "invalid characters," even though that same password works fine on the camera's own web console. Changed it to satisfy the app — now the web console won't accept it, even after a reset. Same broken login experience I've had with TP-Link routers and extenders. Please fix your credential validation across app/web/firmware.

Downloading of recorded footage is a nightmare. I've spent 2 hours trying to download 5 minutes of recording. Both phone and camera use same network. The only way to make it happen was to enter Download Center and keep screen active by keping finger on the display and scrolling from time to time cause it is not possible to do it in the background (app background, goind back to cameras list breaks downloading)
