This app is horrible, especially compared to other offerings out there. There is no auto focus, which make taking videos extremely difficult considering (as a technician) you are holding a flashlight in your other hand %99 percent of the time. This could all be avoided if the app allowed you to upload from your phones camera roll, and just do all videos/photos from your phones NATIVE camera app. Instead, all photos and videos must be taken from AutoPoint photos pro. Estimates take FOREVER.

If I could give it a 0 I absolutely would. this app is garbage and doesn't work on the android platform. Crashes constantly and won't let you log in when it decides not to crash. makes you reset ur password or you have to delete and reinstall the app and now this trick doesnt even work. its just doesn't work at all. its a waste of time and costs me money. I'm a flat rate tech and this app does nothing but hurt my hours. absolute trash. 0 out of 10 would NEVER recommend.

Why does the android app not have the ability to zoom in when capturing photos or video? The photos & video captured by my Samsung are such higher quality than the iPhone 12 supplied by my employer, but the iPhone app is able to zoom in making it easier to take pictures of engine parts without having to try & get the phone into some tight spaces. *Update: 02/2024. App will no longer work on my android
