No phone number to call customer service. I waited almost two weeks for my first appointment only to have it cancelled the morning of the appointment. Trouble is the cancelation message was in the app, which I didn't download until ten minutes before the appointment because that's what the one confirmation email said to do. Second appointment, different provider, got into a virtual waiting room and stayed there for fifteen minutes before a pop up message said my provider had declined my visit.

Great experience for adult ear infection, meds were sent to pharmacy immediately. Accurate diagnosis and ear infection cleared up in a few days. 3☆ due to me not being able to follow up with doc on the app it's not letting me click on select a contact nothin opens up. I have the latest version and no wifi issues. I need to ask a follow up question about the meds and cant such a turn off.

Adding on to the other comments, but I have been using this app for a long time without any problems. All of the sudden I can no longer access the app due to the pending "updates". This has been a problem for over a month now. I can't believe you have still not fixed the app.
