*For on-demand Virtual Urgent Care visits, you can pay with a credit card or a health savings account (HSA) card. You are responsible for the cost of any prescriptions, over-the-counter treatments, or follow-up visits you may need related to medications.

Non-video visits are a $40 flat fee. Video visits are a $55 flat fee, or billable to insurance. If you don't have insurance, no problem - you'll only pay the flat fee. And if your condition can't be treated online, you won't have to pay anything.

Good place overall and a really helpful group of people.

Notices are border line spam, Med info is handy as to test and findings. Pharmacy side is garbage. Sends msg that you have a perscribtion to refill, but won't tell you which are eligibile. So yoi end up requesting refills on all amd go thru an elaborate lengthy process for delevery/pick up instructions fir each individual perscibtion only to wait 2-3 days to find out it was a single med. As far as percribtions I'm thru with this app. I'll go back to phone calls to the pharmacy. Still trash app

Every single time I log into the app I get a message saying there is a problem with my username or password and I can't log in. So I have to reset my password and I always change it to the same password I had before and as soon as I close out of the app and try to log back in with the same information I get that same error message again. There are times I've how to reset my password 4 or 5 times in one day because it never works. It's very annoying!
