Crashes every time I create a ticket or I have to restart often because of no response to server. I'd like to also see a feature we call in our store "exchange." Exchange is taking cash then starting the machine on our phone. I love this app and would like to see some changes. Thank you.

no option to save pin number like regular laundry boss app has. App crashes every time you enter a ticket. notified company many times about this
