"The Laundry Boss" is a mobile application for using the most advanced laundromat payment system. This makes the customer experience in a laundromat much easier by accepting credit cards, offering a customer loyalty program, and a value add feature where users can add cash to account and earn bonus dollars.

Elimiates quarters at the laundromat, does what it says. Would give it 5 stars if it has working phone alerts for when each load is done. Some washers have less common features that are not available in the app. Keeping some $ in the account saves your bank account from getting hit multiple times. I wish this system or others like it were more popular.

This application has one advantage: it eliminates the need for carrying change. However, it lacks features such as monitoring the time left for washing and drying and sending timely alerts. Another app I used previously had these features. Also, what does "dryer minutes" mean in the account information? What is the purpose of mobile notifications if they do not send any alerts?

If you get signed out of your account and can't remember your pin to login, recovery is impossible. They ask for your phone number to reset your pin but never send anything through. Not even to your registered email used when you sign up. Although, if you reach out to their support team (email listed on the app page) they are fast at fixing the problem!
