"The Laundry Boss" is a mobile application for using the most advanced laundromat payment system. This makes the customer experience in a laundromat much easier by accepting credit cards, offering a customer loyalty program, and a value add feature where users can add cash to account and earn bonus dollars.

This app needs a lot of improvement. The app does not control the temperature of the machines. It says that the options work but none of them actually transition to the machine. I pay for the extra wash and the different cycles. No order history. Loyalty points are not accessible. If a machine malfunctions there is no ability to seek a refund.

BOKEN NEEDS TO BE FIXED It wont let me add a debit/credit card in the app. It keeps asking me to name the card, but there is no option enter in a alphanumeric name. All fields are numeric only. There is a field to enter in the card/account#, expiration date, CCV, and billing zip, but no 'Name' field. Makes it inconvenient to use, would be nice to be able to charge an exact per use amount on the app Vs having to use a Kiosk, and ending up with unused amount on the App. NEEDS TO BE FIXED

Elimiates quarters at the laundromat, does what it says. Would give it 5 stars if it has working phone alerts for when each load is done. Some washers have less common features that are not available in the app. Keeping some $ in the account saves your bank account from getting hit multiple times. I wish this system or others like it were more popular.
