This app is easy to use. BUT every time I have to turn off my Norton anti-virus protection before I can use the app. All other BEA apps have no such problem. This is really very inconvinent and needs to be rectified otherwise I wont browse the contents unless there is need.（Remark: Having updated this app to the latest version on 7 Oct. now I don't need to turn off my anti-virus app before I can open the app. )

Installed Microsoft Defender to protect my device from malicious apps but how hilarious it is Microsoft Defender became a malicious app according to your bank's unique detection! However, assuming using the same way to detect malicious apps, my device can run BEA Mobile without any problem, is that BEA Mall is much important than BEA Mobile?

not able to enable fingerprint login and it keeps saying fingerprint incorrect; on the other hand, I have no problem enabling the same feature in BEA mobile app
