uses a custom keyboard making it inconsistent with other banking apps (and incredibly manual). and itoken registration is unreliable (and only apparently works on light skinned people so be warned....). once it works (through manual in branch intervention) it's not bad though

"We are running a quick check to make sure you are safe to use BEA mobile". I always get this whenever I try to open the app and it takes FOREVER (I waited 30 minutes with the app open once before giving up). My friend and I have been BEA customers for over 4 years and both of us are doing to change our bank just because of this.

I am using the PC version in my smartphone and iPads. Starting from today, the username cannot be entered, every letter typed in will appear as a dot in password column. The app can no longer be used in my cell phone and the two ipads. I called the IT section of the bank, I was told by the staff that he had no problem with his device and he advised me to resolve the problem with an IT expert.
