Aseel platform has been established to be compatible with the Financial Sector Development Program, which came up within the initiatives of Saudi Vision 2030. Aseel is thus considered to be the first real estate crowd-investing in Saudi Arabia, in which the real estate sector has a proven track record of driving growth and development.
Aseel is a financial technology platform that has been licensed by the Saudi Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) FinTech Lab. It adopts the crowd-investing model in real estate investment, and it seeks to achieve feasible returns by investing in real estate opportunities.
All investment opportunities are presented on the platform, including all information that clarifies the status of the real estate opportunity. After that, the investment is done electronically, whereby the investor has specific ownership in the investment units in the opportunity.

Ratings and reviews

Held money for 3 years, only 22% return. That's ~7% per year. Not liquid obviously. Supposed to be a 2 year project, planned return should have been at 22-25% for 2 years. I've only received half of my investment, no idea when I'll receive the other which week bring down profit further. This return is the same as rental yield, as opposed to construction projects that usually yield much higher return. Will not be investing again.

-the app was hanging and crashing. - it was not clear from the beginning that 2% will be deducted for registration. I hope no other deductions before returning the investment. They need to announce a return on investment after all fees and deductions.

the app asks for notification permission to function. I don't want to grant such permission. The mandatory permissions should be set to the minimum.
