myBenefit application is a service for members who are managed by the trainer.
My Benefit Service is a member-centered service, and members can perform exercise programs designed by the trainer at the center or at home, regardless of time and place. Instead of one-sided exercise management by the trainer, you can continuously check your health and see how you change according to the program you performed with the trainer.
If you find it difficult to visit the center for exercise, try the myBenefit application. With a home training regimen, you can do an exercise program designed by your trainer at home.
As the class progresses, it continuously provides changes in various physical health indicators such as my amount of exercise, condition, fatigue, and physical level, and these information objectively show changes in my physical condition.
