I have a Samsung phone. I had to purchase a separate app called Health Sync to connect to Google Fit. It does not record steps accurately. I contacted user support and was basically told Samsung is difficult and there isn't anything they can do to help! My company uses this app for our wellness program, and I am not getting credited for thousands of steps for our challenges, which is unacceptable. I am very frustrated and disappointed!
