one of the worst banking app unlike other banks, the anti mallard tool is very unstable with many false positives. refuses to tell which app is the issue and detects paid and legit anti virus monitoring software as malware without any option to continue. unable to use the app for past 3 months at least. pls learn from other banks especially from local banks on what are the best IT practices. UX is not ideal as well.

Bank of China app should NOT be allowed to intrude my privacy and check on other apps permissions!! Now BoC is totally unusable just because it detects that I have other, LEGITIMATE apps which uses permissions that BoC doesn't want them to use!

Boc app forced to read my applist in order to run. And then asks me to remove Tasker app to run?? Stopping telling users what to do and buck up on your own app
