To begin, the combination of the D'cent app with biometric device simply do not play well together on my pixel 6a. Bluetooth connection works for only a few seconds. I've reset Bluetooth settings on my phone and jumped through every conceivable hoop to no avail. Hard connection via USB isn't reliable, either. The app just hangs and the icon spins incessantly when trying to add accounts. At this point, I don't think I can rely and trust this buggy device. I'll be seeking other cold wallet options

I love the ability to invest in tokens that are not available on most sites. I did have issues with lost tokens during swaps within the app, and a couple of swaps from other platforms. For ex, I lost CRO and ONE on several occasions. It was due to having multiple versions of the token within the dcent app. I lost some Horizen I swapped internally on the app. The issue doesn't deter me from recommending it. Maybe a better understanding of the interoperability with multiple versions of a token.

Update: DCENT came through. I was finally sent my wallet, and it was SEALED! However it took a very long time and the customer service is bad. The Biometric wallet makes up for any headache you may have to put up with. The product is simple to use and elegant in design. I was happy with the coin support it already has. Of course there are many coins that still need to be added. Very happy with the product and that DCENT came through with my super late package. No harm no foul.
