Had to unistall and re-install app on my phone to keep from crashing. Once I logged in, the "Find Device" button didn't seem to depress at all, and I was never able to connect to my machine. Connecting through settings didn't work either. The app has worked in the past but no longer works. It's never been compatible with my tablet.

App was working and then the app was updated and it no longer works. It would not even open until I uninstalled and then installed the app. I was able to create an account and login to the app but can not pair the app to my z2. I performed all troubleshooting steps with no pairing result. It is almost time to replace my z2, I will most likely move on to resmed travel machine.

January 2021: Tedious interface requires 8 clicks to view data. AHI and pressure readings are erratic and nonsensical. Useless app for monitoring therapy. No useful response from Support after 2 months. Z2 Auto, Android 11. Update: after back-and-forth with support they sent me a link to download a preliminary new version in April 2021. No change at my end and no followup from them.
