Horrible app experience. I've used many other restaurant apps before. This one took me over 30 mins to use more than one gift card because it kept resetting to an even amount between the two not what was on the gift cards. I finally placed the order and I placed it for Cincinnati, Ohio but at the end it placed in Nashville, TN. The restaurant doesn't know how to cancel so I'm literally sitting here for 30+ mins while the manager in Nashville tries to figure out how to cancel my order.

Everytime we have came here the service is great !!!! The food is absolutely phenomenal!!!! Everything is always fresh and hot . If it's your first time (They ask you Everytime ) they will make you a dipping oil sauce and recommend great items . My favorite is chicken Parmesan and baked ziti . I have tried a few things and I didn't dislike one thing from this restraunt . We have went very dressed down and still was treated the same way here !!! That usually doesn't go that way .

App is not user friendly at all. Would not apply the $10 intro discount also, would not let me add a gift card that I had! Got frustrated and ordered in person! I deleted the app, and will think twice before ever ordering takeout from Maggianos.
