waitlist doesn't work,everytime I get a notification there are no available spots and I'm there in milliseconds. A few hours later there is always a free spot showing up but then there's no notification. Last minute changes should allow a strike free cancel. I travelled 3 hrs today to go to a worthless class, the instructor was changed last minute and couldn't cancel w/o a strike. The search bar sucks,when searching for an instructor, only a random part of their classes show up

The service itself is great, but the app doesn’t work correctly - every time I try to open a chat, the app crashes. So for now, the only way for me to contact support is through the website.

The app don't work just keep loading or error messages telling you to contact support.
