Setup your account before your trip! My device and app has and continues to work as advertised. The device for now is just a SMS, tracking and SOS, nothing more. The price of the subscription is worth adding satellite communications to a standard smart phone. If you're looking for maps and weather from this device, it isn't designed for that but I understand new devices under this brand may offer that in the future

This five-star review is strictly for customer support. After almost a year of letting my subscription lapse, I re-upped and was having difficulty with satellite connection. I wrote to customer support and was greeted with a phone call. Boom! Issue fixed (cache issue; deleted app,reinstalled). Much appreciated! Bullitt is committed to making this app and service well serviced.

Easy but a little buggy. App and device honestly worked much better than other devices I have used BUT the app would get stuck on data mode like my phone had a data connection. To get the rocket ship to show, I had to disable data on my phone (even though I had no single whatsoever). Overall though, as the improve, this app and service will be GREAT
