Don't know what happened but the app won't open zoom for online live workouts. The button just shows a "...". So I guess can no longer do live workouts I pay for until it gets fixed? I already u installed and reinstalled the app without resolution. On that note... this same live workout button for a long time has thrown an error saying "unable to join workout" on the first push and then second press it works fine. Thought that would be fixed by now...

Hey Logan! We are sorry about the crashing period. Unfortunately it was caused by Google Maps and we could only wait for Google to release a fix. Everything should be back to normal now. Thanks for your patience during the hiccup.

The worked ok until about a week ago. Now I can't access any of the workouts not in my area. It says my session expired even though I am logged in. I have tried logging out and logging back in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I also don't like that when you check in for the workout and then try to go back to officially sign in to zoom, it asks you to rate the workout. I don't know yet! I haven't had it! Definitely have some things to workout if virtual is the new normal.

The app is no longer logging my check-ins (the online version is not logging my check-ins either). This has been going on since the end of October 2021. No one can give me a date this glitch will be fixed and my check-ins added to my account. Very frustrating. Good thing my fitness app lets me log my workouts so that I can keep track of the correct number of check-ins. PLEASE FIX THIS GLITCH, ASAP!!! I don't want to miss another important milestone.

Hey Kimberly, we apologize for the glitch with certain camper accounts in regards to check-ins logging as guests. We believe this is fixed with the stats updated correctly. I'll need more info to look up your account, so please email us at tech-product@campgladiator.com if you're still experiencing issues. Once again, we're sorry for the hiccup.
What’s new
A pop-up notification will now alert users if there is a new app version available for them to upgrade to. Trainer videos are also supported for view in messaging in the app. There are also a number of bug fixes and compliance fixes included in this update.
