You install the Carrefour application, and the benefits are chained. Good for you and good for those around you.

The Carrefour application comes with a unique Act for Good loyalty code for each user. The code helps you collect points on purchases and turn them into discounts, rewards, vouchers for exclusive ranges or unique experiences. Or, you can choose to do good deeds and donate the accumulated points to support causes in the app.


The app also helps you recycle. You get money back for the packaging you've recycled directly in the app, and you always know how much good you've done for the planet.

Enjoy the other features of the app as well. The Self Scan feature helps you scan products when you add them to your cart.

When you get home, you just pay and save time that you can spend with the important people in your life. There's even an E-shop, so you can order non-food products right from your couch. We take care of bringing them directly to your door.

Every shopping session in Carrefour you do counts, and we are ready to reward it!

Everything was good, the idea is great but reality is not. I did my shopping scanned all the products, added a bag, organised all the products in bags so that i don't waste to much time at the cashier... Scan the code from the app, all the products were in place, click pay... No pay option was available. Tried on a couple of cashiers, all have the same issue. In the end i had to rescan all products and rearrange them in the bags.

The idea is great but the execution is awful. If you have to buy vegetables that are sold by piece you have to scan a code next to the price and the application does not recognize them all. But, the most annoying think is that at the exit they check every product on the receipt and you lose more time than if you scan everything at the cash register. So...not efficient at all.

It was nice using the app, you actually are more aware on what you are spending the money and also if you have a limited amount you can easily follow your limit by using the self scan option. It would be really nice if the app would have the cash register invoice stored and would empty your cart automatically after you scan the code at the cash register and then automatically have the invoice generated in the app too not only the one on paper.

Muncim constant să-ți facem experiența în aplicația Carrefour cât mai plăcută. Prin urmare, am implementat o nouă secțiune denumită „Portofelul meu”, unde găsești voucherele, cupoanele și garanțiile pe care le-ai acumulat și care sunt gata de a fi folosite. Ți-am pregătit și o nouă recompensă pentru cumpărăturile de orice fel pe care le faci la Carrefour și am îmbunătățit mai multe zone din aplicație. Descoperă tot ce ți-am pregătit și spune-ne cum ți se pare. Mulțumim că ne ești alături!
