I really love the concept. I've been a customer for awhile. I left and came back to many of the same problems. App crashes often, auto pay is up and down, the vehicle prematurely deactived three times. I was promised less of the mess and its more of the same. I'm trying to hold on but I'm out with my family and I just got a message saying the car expired. Damn autopay worked yesterday and today it doesn't. Too many issues.

Sorry your device had issues, we are optimized for the most current OS on Android and Apple. We now also allow one to use the website in lieu of the app. Rentals are Pre-paid, if payment fails for the next extension of time, the vehicle wont operate until payment clears or a complimentary extension is given. Sorry you had a bad experience .

This app was super easy to use and navigate. Booked a vehicle within my price range and picked it up at the time that worked for me. Drove off with all the documents on file inside the app and was able to download the files to have in my phone and print out as well. Pricing was clear and accurate and I've been driving problem free for a while now.

To get you into their program, they are incredible. But when THEIR car that you pay over $1000 monthly on has the engine malfunction, they put you into a car with scrubbing brakes and body damage, empty gas tank. And if you don't like it, you can pause the program while you wait for your car that you MIGHT get back. That is absolutely ridiculous, if people had so many options they wouldn't pay so much for this program. Customer service is a complete 180 from Joey.
