Keeps crashing on open. The app worked fine until this week. Now it crashes every time I try to open it. Unable to program customers chargers

can't actually service the hone charger, after scanning the qr it just says the charger can't be serviced in the app. worthless.

horrible, disgusting did not work. why a big company like this put this malfunctioned software? I can't connect my chargepoint home charger. I am disappointed. don't you have a qualified staff to do a better job?
