The Chargie mobile app allows you to access our vast network of charging stations, start and end a charge, receive real-time charging updates, and manage your account from anywhere.

Ratings and reviews

I keep getting errors saying "unable to process your request" or "low signal" even when I and the charger have a signal. It also displays "NaN" under my charging statistics and doesn't show my balance. Only way to fix it is reinstalling the app. And I know the chargers have a signal because our building manager installed access points just for them that I can see on my phone.

This is not a good service. It ends up as expensive as EV Go. It is slower than Chargepoint. A charging service can be pricey or slow, but never use one that is both if you can help it. Worst of both worlds. The app is also awkward and user unfriendly. You need to use your camera app to initiate the charge. Absolute amateur hour.

Developed a bug that wouldn't even let me open it.
