One star because I'm limited on how much i can type. 140 uploaded way out of order. Rearranging in itself it's so hard. The picture just takes off and I can't just move it one spot. Can't delete b... IPhone app is better. When making collages is more convenient. But both apps struggle with the convenience of making collages and getting to your pictures. I hate scrolling all through the pictures each time. Plus why 00w is there not a collages for 5?? Moving pages around should be easier as well.

It's been so fun to be able to make little mini photo books of our month! Great way to have memories with my kids!! I did have an issue about not being able to find all my photo albums or all the photos in my albums, but the support staff worked on it with me until we found a solution that worked! I was so grateful that they were understanding, patient and ultra friendly. It really made me happy to be supportive of this company. Truly, customer service can make all the difference!

This app is incredibly annoying, frustrating, and time-consuming to produce 1 book. I've been doing this for years and get so far behind because it takes too long. When you edit the book, the dates are all wrong, so I have to look up the date in my camera roll, edit the Pic but then when I rearrange them because now they're out of order, it screws up dates again. I love the idea of this book and have enjoyed receiving them, but will be looking for another app to start using instead.
