About this app

Chief Mobile allows you to receive & map incidents from your 911 dispatch center quickly. A push notification will page your staff when a new active incident occurs. The incident information from the CAD will be available to your personnel with directions and mapping.

CAD information may include information about a problem that a patient is having to assist with the emergency response.

You can also receive messages that are sent out by other personnel. Get notified of open shifts, training, and other announcements instantly.

Was working fine til a few days ago ...now I can't get it to work at all...keeps asking for login info, I've deleted and re-download it 4 times...still doesn't work. Got an email this morning stating the issue was resolved...deleted and reinstalled and still having the same problem... Update...working great now!

App used to work amazingly well until the last few "upgrades". These last "upgrades" have made it nearly unusable, as the app continuously gets stuck loading, or force closes. This is not a local problem, as several other users on different phones are having the same type problems.

Outstanding custome service. I have an android phone that was not responding to the latest update done a couple days ago. After I reached out, the representative contacted me directly and worked through it with me. We all know that updates can be frustrating, but the product is overall a great product and great customer service is an additional plus!
