This app works great from my Samsung phone. The photos upload immediately and look great. It's a little difficult for family to scan the QR code to connect to the frame because they only have the screenshot that I text to them but using the 9 digit frame code works just fine. I have no complaints. Bought the frame for my parents last Christmas and loved it so much I asked for it as a gift this year. I love that the version of the frame I have has a rechargeable battery. You can take it with you.

Gifted a beautiful Kodak frame but the app makes it worthless!!! On 3 separate phones I have tried to set up and register am account in order to use my frame but continue to get "network error". The frame will be returned and another one from a much more user friendly / reliable company will be purchased. We expected so much better from Kodak!!

Developer please fix the bug promptly, the app cannot even be open now - the app keeps crashing. It used to be quite a user-friendly app, not anymore when the app keeps crashing and camnot even be open. As things stand now, it become much more difficult to transfer photos to the digital frame without the app working. Hopefully direct USB to PC able to transfer photos.
