I'm a developer, and this is the worst production app I have ever used or seen. for starters, I can't login. I have changed my password several times , and it has never let me login. so either the login isn't being sent properly, not sending at all, my password is improperly stored/set or there are checks preventing certain passwords at login that are not there at the password set. it's the type of thing phishers do on purpose and Kodak has hired developers or used AI to do it on accident.

I was going to give this App one star rating. It looked way too complicated, I just couldn't figure it out right away... Especially, after reading other people's ratings and just every one else had struggled with the same problems like I was. I even considered returning the Frame to the Store multiple times... but something kept pushing me back to keep trying to make it work... and after a long while it all started making sense and I started resolving one issue after another. I'm keeping it!!!

Crashed multiple times in the first 5 minutes I had it installed. Needs permissions to access existing photos but when you tap the prompt to grant that, it takes you to the app login screen instead of the phone's app settings. When you upload photos it only lets you pick the phone's generic image folder, so you're forced to scroll chronologically through all the images on your phone to select the ones you want on the frame. Trash compared with other digital frames' apps. I regret this purchase
