The image reader for check deposits is so poor-quality that checks deposited using the app are barely legible. Money One FCU reversed a deposit I made because the image reader couldn't read that I had checked the box on the back of the check that reads "FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY". I had to manually write that on the check and then re-deposit it. I can see how this could cause an overdraft. Perhaps that's why they haven't fixed the issue!

Fingerprint authentication should be added. I don't really like typing in a 15 character password everything I have to check something simple. Edit: Fingerprint authentication has been added.

It keeps declining my card payments for my auto loan, but I have the money... then I go on from my laptop and it goes threw fine... smh... Please fix these issues
