This app was very reliable before. But what happened now? I can't send to PAYMAYA accounts (not a fan of GCASH). Tried to delete it from recipient list and then put it back, but guess what, I am not able to add it again. There's always a prompt "Mobile wallet must be one of the following: DCPAY/GCASH/PAYMAYA". And not just that, I experienced ADDITIONAL HIDDEN CHARGES for my last 2 transfers before this happened, not a big amount tho, BUT STILL IT'S NOT GOOD. What happened to this lovely app? 😕

The app rarely functions. I keep getting "Oops something went wrong" error since a long time. I have contacted their support to update my documents, but they could not fix the problem. It has been more than 3 months now. Now, the app has started showing me another "Oops daily limit exceeded" message when I haven't done a single transaction in more than a month. A completely laughable and embarrassing failure of administration. I have to switch to more reliable means to send money.

The cash back % is not applied correctly. I have several purchases of groceries from Lulu Hypermarket but the percentage cash back (which should be 2%) is being applied as 1%. Only one time was it correctly applied as 2%. Also, my Online OSN subscription had 0% cashback when it should be 6%?!. I have one talabat payment categorized as Real-estate payment ?! Beyon needs to fix the problem with the cashback process.
