Ratings and reviews

Root doesn't give you until midnight to pay before a late fee. Even though they say so in writing i.e. emails etc. So, pay before X date to avoid a late fee. But, it could be 10pm or earlier local time depending on where you are at. Even though everything to do with your policy works on midnight your local time. Such BS of them just to make an extra several buck$ when you're in a financial pinch 😒 Not to mention, the stupid app always wants you to go through several redundant verification steps

I just got this app to pay for the policy that was actually affordable but it wasn't going through the payment and it takes so long to go through. which was an absolute joke. the website wasn't any better and it kept saying something is wrong. and lastly we called their number to process it with an agent and told us that they can't process the payment over the phone? that's the first time I ever heard licensed agents can't process payment at all. you got a lot of complaints about your app.fix it

App is awful. I get logged out then when I try to log back in it takes me to the sign up page. I already have a policy so I don't need to sign up. Hence I am unable to manage my policy. Have difficulty adding other drivers listed on policy to the app. Prices are good, which is good because I am paying for a headache. I plan to switch as soon as I am able because literally everything is done in the app and its a headache. You get what you pay for . Be warned.
