Disappointing experience. everyday they send notification for'daily matched' and when open the notification I see the message pls visit after 24 hrs instead of a match list. they are interested only in collecting money. i contacted customer care but before I explained the issue the call got disconnected.

the girls are aged 27 and above, which we have not prefered, and we send request for photos there is no response from the girl side, very bad and worst experience, no daily updates, showing same profiles, fooling us?after this rating by my side, there is no change, same thing i am very irritated with this app 🙄

Iam writing to express my disappointment with the services provided after registering my brother's profile in PANICKER MATRIMONY and making the payment. Despite fulfilling all the specified criteria, many matching profiles are not visible to us. we only come to know about these matches when they view our profile, which raises concerns about the effectiveness of your matching and visibility system I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding this issue no proper response is received
