Who is Conferma for?

Conferma enables employees and contractors to use virtual payment cards for any approved business expense and is ideal for businesses of all sizes.

Create or request virtual cards.

Virtual payment cards can be requested by app users in accordance with your company’s pre-defined policies. Push notifications immediately notify finance managers or approvers of new virtual card requests. Once approved, virtual payment cards are sent directly to your mobile device.
Alternatively, finance managers or administrators can create and push pre-configured cards directly to employees and contractors, without need for individual requests.

Review Spending

Capture and upload pictures of receipts, and review colour-coded transactions based on spend categories.
Notifications remind you to upload your receipts, which are then matched and attached to your transactions in a paperless process.
Allocate post-spend reviewers to review and approve spending in line with your company’s pre-defined policies.
Visibility of corporate spend
With Conferma, all spend data flows back to a single centralised account, so that you have complete visibility of virtual card creation and usage. Automated reconciliation against bank data makes the process seamless.
Apply custom data fields such as employee ID, department or project to help efficiently track, review and report on company spend.

Ratings and reviews

Poor experience. The app manages to 'lose' your log on credentials. The authorisation button on the card is hidden away...almost ended up paying for the hotel on my own card. Tried to submit a help ticket and the rubbish app just froze and did nothing. By the looks of it a lot of people are having big problems with the app. Unfortunately, my company uses this piece of trash, so I have no way to avoid it. Minus 100 stars.

Terrible app. No single sign-on, so if you use it infrequently the first thing it asks for is to change the password. I had forgotten my password - reset password email never arrives. I opened a case with support (email only) ... no any meaningful answer, next day - ticket closed with no explanation. Really wouldn't recommend this app/company to anyone. Just assume you will get no support if anything goes wrong.

poorly made application, it seems put together by a bunch of interns working on an old version of Android.
