Transactions are not in date order if something is pending. Can be very confusing when you rely on your app to maintain your account. I was told it could be pending for up to 7 days and once the pending charge goes through, then my transactions will go in chronological order. I thought it was 2022, but I feel like it would be better to keep a paper ledger than to rely on this app.

I am new to CCU and have no issues with the bank itself, but this app is very antiquated, it has no features and doesn't work half the time. I have had to uninstall and reinstall many times to get it to work. The app says it offers zelle but I have not been able to locate it on the app . The app looks like a 2nd graded designed it and has NOTHING to offer but review of your balances and deposit by phone. This is very disappointing and makes me not want to close my account with my current credit union. I am a bit disappointed in the banking website as well. I sure hope that this gets upgraded and redesigned to meet the needs of the account holder.

Edit: issues have been fixed and everything works well most of the time. Every now and then I'll get an error message but it's usually fixed and running again before long. This app used to work reliably. Now, however, it will not even open properly before closing abruptly. I'm not sure what has changed, but it's unusable at present.
