Terrible app! I've changed my address when I've moved and because a glitch on the system they never charged me. After 2 years they charged me the whole amount over 2 grand with any discount. Terrible situation. Be careful this app is not reliable, always double check your billing even if you request automatic payment as I did when I've moved but they've never charged me.

The app is trash. I can log into the website fine, have changed my password multiple times, and have never been able to login to the app. Just asked for login assistance through the app, and it said the feature wasn't available. So, what's the point in offering login assistance?!? Only reason I gave it an extra star is because you can used it for one time guest payments.

this app has become unusable for at least a week or more. when I open it, all I get is a message that says "the service is unavailable please try again later". I end up having to pay my water bill just using a web browser. I uninstalled the app completely and reinstalled it and it did not fix the issue. it does work on my old Android 9 tablet but not on my Android 16 phone.
