Horrible data provider, first of the devices especially the "Evo" battery don't last, they have bad customer service, don't respond to emails nor text by the app, and their warranty is a big scam. No warranty of any sort. My wifi stopped turning on in less than a month and I was told to buy another one. Very bad experience with them, would never recommend!!!

Payment has lately been very difficult, time consuming, and frustrating. Please review and update payment options.

Your new spectranet express pay is very fast and easy to understand on d app when making payment now, it's as simple as abc. it shows dat team spectranet listen to their customers. no more contacting their arrogant customers services dat almost makes me want to cancel my subscription. please u guy's should improve with d network connection, it keeps going off and on, dat is not gud for bizness. also update ur app to show customers d express pay icon
