why are the processing times for transfers too long. I had a 2 hour time frame to make payments, but it has taken you forever to send out the funds. transfer status is still in progress for over 4 hours. if you are looking to make a fast transfer I do not recommend using pesa. it is a very frustrating and disappointing app. still regretting why I installed

Please my review is generally about the management; specifically the customer service. The app has no whatsap or phone number to call if you need assistance with your transaction. The system has online chat and it will take the whole day before a team will respond. The person go offline less than 1 minute. Basically, there is nobody monitoring concerns of customers. For transaction, most of the time the delivery is fast but hope you dont face a challenge

This is one of the most USELESS apps l have ever used, and l would NEVER recommend it to anyone. l used it to transfer money yesterday, and the transaction is still pending, and as a result, the receiver has not received the funds. l contacted support and was told the issue had been escalated for urgent attention. However, despite sending two follow-up messages, I have received no response. This level of service is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of respect for customers
