why are the processing times for transfers too long. I had a 2 hour time frame to make payments, but it has taken you forever to send out the funds. transfer status is still in progress for over 4 hours. if you are looking to make a fast transfer I do not recommend using pesa. it is a very frustrating and disappointing app. still regretting why I installed

Sincerely the customer service is very poor, no number to call when you encounter problem with your transaction and when you chat them on the app it takes hours and their response is we sincerely apologize for the delay we escalate the issue to the team that's all it ends there no update to your pending transaction. It's really bad when you encounter problem with your transaction, my transaction is still pending.... 😔😢 And no one is helping

I mistakenly entered the wrong password multiple times because I was distracted. my account was blocked. I contacted support via the app, I had an emergency transaction to do and my money was blocked in the app. support has done nothing. its been two days now. all they tell me is BS, that they are "running additional checks"... and really, for two days. this is very disappointing. please unblock my app, I will remove what so ever amount I have there and delete this useless app.
