why are the processing times for transfers too long. I had a 2 hour time frame to make payments, but it has taken you forever to send out the funds. transfer status is still in progress for over 4 hours. if you are looking to make a fast transfer I do not recommend using pesa. it is a very frustrating and disappointing app. still regretting why I installed

The platform looks good, and the idea of offering better exchange rates at zero transfer fees is excellent. However, professionals working in Africa are entirely excluded from benefiting from this app. For example, one cannot simply transfer money from Kenya (KES) to Ghana (GHS). Wallet-to-wallet exchange also excludes all African currencies, just like the majority of money transfer platforms currently do. That's a huge window that the developers can explore to make profit.

I’d love to give this app 5 stars because the rates are always better than the competition. The problem is that once you add money to your balance, you have to wait a week before you can add more. If you need to send money but don’t have enough in your balance, you’re forced to use a different app. Fix this issue and it’s an easy 5 stars.
