Ratings and reviews

The app is absolutely pathetic and worst. If I went out of range of phone, it disconnect the watch which is understandable. But worst part is that it did not reconnect with phone once the watch is in range. You have to manually connect and it's a tedious and tiresome process. I have to switch my bluetooth off and on multiple times so that the app can detect the watch. On top of that, the watch saves data worth only for a day and data will be lost if you forgot to manually sync for that day.

It's so discouraging and frustrating that the day's data are lost if one does not connect or refresh it daily. Secondly even after the refresh, the data is lost the next day if one does not wear while sleeping. Thirdly the total data of steps etc are not recorded and functional. Again, the app cannot be connected to the Google fit. I have gone to several shops in Guwahati to get the help of the experts but none of them succeeded. I request the company to device a solution.

Been using for 1 week now... I see the biggest flaw as not able to connect to Google fit.. Bp readings are bit random and has variance.. Bpm and O2 seems fine.. App needs a big set of changes, not able to download any watch faces. So keeping it 3 star at the moment.. Let me review after 1 more week again Further reducing 1 star, walking steps aren't stored in the app and gets removed after a day. Which is the basic reason of purchase. If failed to sync then data is gone.
