I went through all the prompts to set up an account and get a transponder, which is $6.69, get to the end, and they want to charge $36.69. I'm assuming the extra $30 is to load the account, but there is no explanation of what it's for. Go to authorize the payment anyway, and I get a message that my license plate# is already on an existing invoice account. I've never created an account. Also tried to edit card info after it was entered. All I could do was exp. Date. Had to delete and re-enter

I had to update the date on my card and it's actually impossible to do that on the website as was instructed in their (first) dire, needlessly confrontational letter, so I had to go see if there was an app, and even now it will only let me update the date, no access to the new CVC number. And it won't allow me to delete that card and re-enter it, says you have to have a card on file. And I can't add it as a second card then delete the old one. I literally screamed. Worst UI I have ever seen.

Useless. I enter my login credentials, click login, it spins a little blue loading wheel for 1.5 seconds, then nothing. I'm really disappointed with my tax dollars. I can't pay them on the website no matter what browser I use. Edge, Chrome, I even tried Internet Explorer, like they said to in response to an inquiry. Nothing works. I'm just going to have to physically go to the office, and suggest they fire whoever is responsible for this trash they call an app/website, while I reload my account.
