GE RFS is one of Davisware’s robust mobile apps for service technicians working in the field.

Designed to work with only the 21.04 of GlobalEdge, this application includes new functionality for XOi Integration. The new functionality includes Deeplink Integration to the XOi Mobile App. The tech is able to keep an XOi job open across multiple days. In addition, more than 1 XOi job can be created and link to a single GE Service Order.

I have worked with many apps in the past for service work, but this one is the worst. It seems as though when I am idle, while on the job, it will log me out, and when I log back in, it does a master download every single time. This actually slows down my production. Several times, I also have typed in ticket notes only to have them disappear after hitting the okay tab.

This app is not user friendly. It constantly crashes or kicks you out. Error messages pop up daily. This is the worst application I've used for work.

Why the excessive,mandatory updates ?This will be the third update in four weeks.Twice I've lost all contacts.
