GE RFS is one of ECI's robust mobile apps for service technicians working in the field.

Designed to work with only the 26.01 version of GlobalEdge, this version includes integrations with select third party facility management companies which eliminates duplicate entry by the technician.

I use it everyday, all day at work. It literally crashes about once every hour and takes about 5 minutes to boot back up. Its very slow and freezes constantly when you are trying to transition between jobs. Dispatch absolutely hates it and so do the techs.

I've been dealing with this junk for about 2 years now. 1980's technology. Terrible app, it's not even worth mentioning all the issues, there's not enough characters to list them all. Finally, my company realized how much it was costing us in time and money trying to make it work. We're going with Service Titan.
