It is a hot mess. It has broken links and circles back to main questions. You find the place you want to book? Great. Select book and it takes back to select where you want to book. It's endlessly frustrating. Edit 1/2/23 The app still sucks. After updating my address information it still suggests centers that are states away. After favoriting the only one we go to, it suggests centers states away. O/5 stars. Solves no problems and creates new ones!

This app is annoying. Every time I try to book something, it gets to the calendar, and it just spins and kicks me back to the beginning or completely out of the app. I've logged out and back in, restarted my phone, and made sure the app was up to date and it keeps happening. My pets' daycare facility wants us to use this app, but I can't, so I have to call them to do anything right now.

My local dog daycare uses this for online bookings. I've tried 2 times and I couldn't follow through. On the last one, I couldn't select a range of dates, only one day at a time. I can't remember what happened the first time, it was a while ago. But both times I've had the same thought - I can't even use this. This app almost seems to be in the middle of a build.
