The app is so slow. Constant "you have a notification" notifications that don't give you any indication or hint what it is about, so you assume it is important, only to have to wait for it to slowly login, then find out the notification was actually some ad/promotion for a cycle tracker/fertility app. And there's no way to disable or turn off these promotion notifications without disabling the useful notifications, too.

I had a store credit. When I tried to use it and make a purchase I was told my bank card was invalid. Then the store just vanished from the app. Recently, the rewards center stopped loading. Funny that as the end of the year approaches and my rewards are actually in a place of use themor lose them, I can't access that part of the app. Castlight is a waste of time. DO BETTER!

The app will not open so I can sync my steps. I chatted with support and they blamed my phone, said I did not have the updated version. I uninstalled, then reinstalled and I received the same server error. I contacted support again and was told to try later. Fix it! I need the app for the fitness challenge. My teammates are experiencing the same problem.
