Very bad first experience with the app. After completing all the steps to open a new account, I was not able to log-in the mobile app. It got into an endless loop of entering password. I logged in the web platform to write this issue. when I click "Email us" it only goes to faq page and there is no way to send a mail or create a support ticket. Update: Finally managed to login the mobile app using silly tricks.

Excellent app! I’ve been using Keep for several years, originally on my laptop, and it is the best one I have found for note taking. You can back up your data, manage notes, and still enjoy smooth performance when reinstalling. The only thing missing is privacy, since other note apps allow you to hide notes with a pin. Despite that, I still give it 5 stars because it’s more useful and effective than others. A really awesome app, simple to use and perfect for note-taking or impulse control.

Awesome app. I have been using this app for more than 2 years, from this platform I learnt to trade and invest from zero to a decent level. IPOs are very simple to apply here. It is the app of choice for Beginners. The only minor error I saw is during the intraday 5m and 15m chart, many times it has given false gap ups and false candles but after I refresh the app it becomes normal. and some sort of glitch and lag when we use 3-4 indicators but even this is also minor.
